I am passionate about getting the most out of people and supporting them to live to their full potential. After 9+ years teaching in a number of different secondary school settings, I wanted to look at how I can truly make a difference in another way than I already have been as a Teacher, Head of Year and Head of Outdoor Education. I knew that I could bring these skills and passion of education, pastoral care and outdoor experiences to support young people in an alternative educational setting.

Diego

Endeavour’s very own self-appointed therapist, king of treats, chaser of squirrels and chief swimmer.

Diego is available to come out on sessions with George, he is a great listener and brings a calming effect to all those around him. He is absolutely fantastic with young people.

A wonderful team of 7 mentors, each bringing their own skills, interests, and passions to provide a wealth of experiences for our young people. All of our mentors have backgrounds in education and/or specific special educational needs settings.

As a team work closely with one another to provide each young person with a unique experience tailored to their needs whilst providing a wide range of opportunities.
